"Dirty, worn-out room"
I was irritated pretty much as soon as I walked in. The carpet had stains, the bathroom smelled awful, and the sheets didn’t even feel clean. There were marks all over the walls too. I didn’t expect anything fancy, but come on, at least make the room feel clean. I wouldn’t stay here again...

"I booked this place because the price..."
I booked this place because the price looked low, but it felt a lot more run-down than other cheap hotels I’ve stayed at. The pool area didn’t seem very clean, the elevators were super slow, and the arcade was disappointing because a bunch of the games either didn’t work or just took credits without doing anything.
The room wasn’t much better. The AC barely cooled the place, the WiFi was weak, and the bathroom looked like it needed a serious renovation compared to even basic motel bathrooms. I wasn’t expecting luxury, but this still didn’t feel worth the money. I wouldn’t stay here again

"Really didn’t feel worth what we paid"
We paid way too much for what this was. The room had that old, worn-out feel, and then all these extra fees kept popping up like nothing was actually included. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy or anything, but for the price, this just felt bad. We probably could’ve stayed somewhere nicer for about the same amount. Kind of felt like a waste, to be honest

"Support was a letdown"
I had to reach out to Circus Circus about my booking, and at first I figured it would be a quick fix. Nope. It took way longer than I expected to hear back, and when someone finally replied, it felt like they hadn’t even read what I sent. I had to explain the same issue twice, which was frustrating. The stay itself was fine, so I was ready to be like, “okay, not a big deal,” but then dealing with customer service totally changed my mood. It made the whole trip feel more stressful than it needed to be.

"Check-in really needs to be better organized"
Check-in was a mess. I ended up waiting way too long, and it felt like there wasn’t a clear system in place. I get that places get busy, but basic check-in should be smoother than that.

I only stayed for one night, but the room felt dirty?! There was dust on the table, hair on the bathroom floor, and the sheets didn’t really look fresh. I get that it was a cheap stay, but the cleanliness definitely needs a lot more attention.

"Extra fees are making me rethink staying"
I was frustrated to see a bunch of weird extra fees added on. It really took away from the whole experience and made the total feel way less reasonable than expected. If this keeps happening, I’ll probably start looking somewhere else.

"Family entertainment was kind of disappointing"
I was hoping there’d be more for the kids to enjoy, but it all felt weak. After asking around and trying to figure out what was actually available, I just got tired of dealing with it. The kids lost interest fast, and it didn’t really feel worth the effort.

"Not great unless you have a car"
I booked this place thinking it would be easy to get around, and at first I guess it seemed okay, but the location felt farther from everything than I expected. Walking wasn’t terrible—actually, no, it kind of was, especially at night. I also found the property a bit confusing to navigate, with a lot of long walks inside just to get where I needed to go. I probably wouldn’t stay here again unless I had a car
